For the main course, savour the Thomsons Alberta Beef Duo featuring AAA beef tenderloin and braised beef cheek, or enjoy a traditional roast Alberta free-range turkey duo. Finish with a decadent chestnut and cassis yule log. A thoughtful vegan alternative is available for each course, including Canadian king oyster mushroom and a vegan chestnut and cassis yule log.
